First week of activities

Our week of activities began on Monday, 22th of July in MOK ( city center of culture ) and in Lasocice with wonderful children. During one week we had a lot of fun with this children and we became kids again at our 20-25 years.

All workshops that we did with kids were interactive, active and of course funny. 

Here are some photos from Water Battle that we organized on  Tuesday and which we repeated the next day, on Wednesday.

New short-term EVS volunteers

This summer in CAT family are more volunteers from different parts of Europe.
There are 10  short-term EVS Volunteers from: Spain, Portugal, Italy, Macedonia,Turkey, Moldova, Ukraine, Georgia and Armenia.

Who we are? Volunteers, crazy volunteers!
Why we are here? Because we want to have fun with kids and to work with them, to help to develop their artistic skills.
Where we are? Of course in Leszno, Poland.
How do we feel? Hmm, different because of differences between  all our countries and Poland.
We will share with you our experience from our stay here, in Leszno.

Introduce of Macedonian volunteer in Poland

Hello peopleeeee :-) Jestem Kristian z Macedonia.Hmmm i am here in Leszno,Poland almost 3 weeks and few things was strange for me and funny also.

Food difference:

Tatar (it's realy strange meal for me because first of all is uncooked meat :-) buuuut guys is soooo perfect taste!So if you come in Poland you must taste this crazy,strange Polish meal. P.S. It's best to taste with shoot of votka ;) )

Pierogi (On the begining it was strange because ofcourse i dont know what is it,but its just pasta with meat and belive me guys if you order one plate it will be soooo much for 1 person :) )

No bread at lunch?! ( This was so strange for me because i'm coming from country where bread is main thing in meals(in every meal...breakfast,lunch,dinner) but i think already i adope on new culture)

For me also in Poland is strange that this country is in Europe and they use own currency like main currency and euro is second one.

Trains are realy afful i must be honestly :-)

Yea the big strange is that in Poland if you are standing in front from the house and drink beer or smoke cigarete you will have problems with police (trust me, i'm talking from experience :-) ) because in Macedonia, by the law few metters(3-5) in front of your house still is calculated like your house place. :-)

I think that finishing my short-term evs i will faind more difference and then i will inform you :-) C ya soon guys ;)

short term welcome party

Short-terms welcome party

Saturday, 6th of july CAT organized a party for the new short terms. We spend time together to meet each other and everybody from CAT family as well. we prepaird some games to know them better and we had fun during all night.

Reggae Festival

1st and 2nd of july, we went together with our short term volunteers and some polish volunteers to a reggae festival, it took place near to a lake,so we enjoyed it a lot. we had our own camping in adda's grandmothers backyard.

From 24th to 30th We were in a workCamp in a small vilage near masuri named glogobur.

Our aim was to help rebuilding a old school and at the same time spend some time with the kids from the village. We had the opportunity to meet new volunteers and share good moments with the kids.

Mid-Term Training 

from 8th to 13th July, we ( long terms ) were in Pultusku for our trainning in the middle of the project. We talk about our projects till today and about the future as well. It was a good opportunity to meet new people and to have fun. We did a lot of new and good friends.
